Booking & Confirmation

• A booking is confirmed only after receiving the agreed advance payment.
• Dates and time slots are reserved upon confirmation.
• Clients must provide accurate event details at the time of booking.
• Our packages include travel within a 15 km radius of our service area. For locations beyond 15 km, additional travel charges will apply.

Payments

• Payments must be made according to the agreed package.
• Additional services requested beyond the selected package may incur extra charges.
• Final deliverables may be released only after full payment is received.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Clients must inform us as early as possible in case of cancellation or rescheduling.
• Rescheduling is subject to team availability.
• Advance payments may be non-refundable depending on the notice period and preparation already undertaken.

Shoot & Deliverables

• Delivery timelines may vary depending on the scope of the project and editing requirements.
• The final number of photos, reels, or videos delivered depends on the selected package.
• Raw footage or unedited files will not be provided unless specifically agreed upon in writing.

Arrival & Waiting Policy

Our team will arrive 30 minutes before the scheduled shoot. A 15-minute grace period will be provided after the scheduled start time. If the shoot cannot begin within this period due to the client's delay, the booking will be cancelled and the advance/payment will be non-refundable.

Content Revisions

Up to two minor revisions per reel are included before final delivery. Minor revisions include text changes, clip selection, sequencing, or trimming. Major revisions such as changes to the overall concept, storyline, editing style, music, color grading, or complete re-edit requests are not included. Once the final deliverables have been shared, no further revisions or modifications will be provided.

Client Responsibilities

• Clients are responsible for obtaining any required permissions for venue access and photography/videography.
• Delays caused by inaccurate information, venue restrictions, or client-side issues may affect delivery timelines.
• In the case of major delays, the contract may be terminated, and the advance payment will be non-refundable.
• The client is responsible for any damage to our equipment or injury to our team members caused by the client or their guests. Any repair, replacement, or medical costs shall be borne by the client.

Intellectual Property

• All photographs, videos, reels, and creative content remain the intellectual property of Moments by MQlus unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Clients receive personal usage rights for the delivered content.
• Commercial usage may require prior written approval.

Portfolio & Marketing Rights

Moments by MQlus reserves the right to showcase selected photographs, videos, and reels on its website, social media platforms, and promotional materials.

Clients who do not wish their content to be featured must inform us before the shoot.

Limitation of Liability

While every effort is made to deliver high-quality services, Moments by MQlus shall not be liable for circumstances beyond its control, including weather conditions, venue restrictions, technical failures, or other unforeseen events.

Clients participate in the shoot at their own risk. Moments by MQlus shall not be liable for any injury, accident, theft, loss, property damage, delays, inconvenience, or any direct or indirect damages arising during or in connection with the shoot.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
