Refund Policy

Booking & Advance Payment

• A booking is considered confirmed only after the agreed advance payment has been received.
• The advance payment is used to reserve the selected date, time slot, team, and required resources for the booking.
• Once a booking is confirmed, the reserved date may not be offered to other clients.
• Therefore, advance payments are generally non-refundable, subject to the cancellation terms mentioned in this policy.
• Any additional services or requirements requested after booking may be charged separately.

Cancellation by Client

• Clients must inform Moments by MQlus as early as possible if they wish to cancel their booking.
• Cancellation requests must be communicated through the official contact details provided on our website.
• If a cancellation is made after the booking has been confirmed, the advance payment may be retained to cover the loss of the reserved date, planning, preparation, and resources allocated to the booking.
• If significant preparation, travel arrangements, equipment arrangements, or other work has already been undertaken, no refund will be provided for such costs.
• Any refund, where applicable, will be considered on a case-by-case basis depending on the circumstances and timing of the cancellation.

Rescheduling

• Clients may request to reschedule their booking by contacting us as early as possible.
• Rescheduling is subject to the availability of our team and the requested date.
• A confirmed booking cannot be automatically transferred to another date without our approval.
• If the requested new date is unavailable, the booking may be treated as a cancellation and the advance payment may become non-refundable.
• Additional travel, venue, equipment, or other costs resulting from rescheduling may be charged separately.

Client Delay & No-Show

• Our team will arrive 30 minutes before the scheduled shoot time.
• A 15-minute grace period will be provided after the scheduled start time.
• If the shoot cannot begin within this grace period due to a delay caused by the client or their guests, Moments by MQlus reserves the right to cancel the booking.
• In such circumstances, the advance payment will be non-refundable.
• No refund will be provided for a client's failure to attend the scheduled shoot without prior notice.

Cancellation by Moments by MQlus

• In exceptional circumstances, Moments by MQlus may need to cancel or reschedule a booking due to unforeseen events, technical issues, illness, emergencies, severe weather, venue restrictions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Where we cancel a booking and are unable to provide the agreed service or a mutually acceptable alternative date, the client may be eligible for a refund of the amount paid for the affected service.
• Our liability will be limited to the amount actually paid by the client for the affected booking.

Refund Processing

• Where a refund is approved, it will generally be processed using the original payment method wherever reasonably possible.
• Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider, bank, or payment gateway.
• Any transaction charges, payment gateway fees, or non-recoverable third-party charges may be deducted from the refundable amount where applicable.
• Refunds will only be processed after the cancellation and refund request has been reviewed and approved.

Additional Services & Expenses

• Additional services requested after the original booking may require separate payment.
• Payments made for completed additional services, purchased materials, travel arrangements, equipment bookings, or other non-refundable expenses may not be eligible for a refund.
• If work has already commenced on a project, the amount refundable, if any, may be reduced based on the work already completed and expenses incurred.

Photos, Videos & Digital Deliverables

• Once the agreed final photos, videos, reels, or other digital deliverables have been completed and delivered, payments relating to those completed services are generally non-refundable.
• Raw footage or unedited files are not included unless specifically agreed upon in writing.
• Revisions are subject to the revision terms agreed for the selected package.
• A refund cannot be requested solely because the client changes their preference after the final deliverables have been approved or delivered.

Disputes & Refund Requests

• Any refund request should be submitted as soon as possible with the booking details and reason for the request.
• Moments by MQlus will review the request based on the booking terms, cancellation timing, work completed, expenses incurred, and circumstances of the request.
• Approval of a refund does not create an automatic right to refunds for future or unrelated bookings.
